Teacher: Ginny Clarke

My name is Ginny Clarke and this is my ninth year teaching here at Annunciation Catholic School! I began teaching in our Middle School at its inception in 2010-11. Since then our Middle School has grown tremendously, and I am proud to say I have had the privilege of being in on the beginning of such a wonderful addition to our school!

I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and attended Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona (Go Cats!) where I received my Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science, and my Post-Baccalaureate in Education K-8. I am married to my one of a kind husband, Todd, and have two wonderful children who attend our school – Luke, 8th grade and Elijah- 7th grade. I have been teaching in the middle school setting for a total of 13 years, and I love the challenges it brings. The years of transition into high school are crucial and set the firm foundation for success in college and later in life!

As the 8th grade homeroom teacher, I have high expectations for all our middle school students, and I know they can rise to the challenge, as they grow emotionally, spiritually, and academically. This year, I will have the honor of teaching Religion to all of Middle School, as well as 4th grade. Pope Francis spoke on God’s love for us saying, "The entire material universe speaks of God's love, his boundless affection for us. Soil, water, mountains: everything is, as it were, a caress of God.”

I look forward to spending this year with all our middle school students. Please link to my website for more detailed information about the classes I teach.

“The heavens are telling the glory of God, and all creation is shouting for joy!”

Psalm 19:1

Teacher: Tiffany Cooper

My name is Tiffany Cooper, and I am completely thrilled to be starting my 6th year at Annunciation.
I received a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Mississippi University for Women in the fall of 2009.   My degree extends to the concentrations of math and English for sixth through twelfth grade. This will be my 10th year teaching. I taught one year in public school and three years at Victory Christian Academy. I have taught many different subjects; however, my true passion is math. I have always enjoyed this subject, and I very much enjoy teaching it. Hopefully, I will be able to inspire students to enjoy it at least a little bit.
I know God had a hand in bringing me to this amazing school family. I look forward to fostering an excitement for math this year. Thank you for being wonderful supporters of this fabulous school! God bless!

Teacher: Rebekah Hamric

My name is Rebekah Hamric, and I am very excited to be starting my fourth year as part of the Annunciation Catholic Family. I continue to have a wonderful experience teaching here, and I continue to feel blessed to be part of this community. I am from Columbus, MS, and I graduated high school from New Hope. I first received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Mississippi University for Women, and I then returned to the “W” for a Master’s in Education. This will be my ninth year teaching. I previously taught biology for five years in public high school, and this experience has allowed me to help our middle school students with their transition to high school academics.

Thank you for all of your support and for the privilege and opportunity of teaching your children. It will be an exciting year, and I hope my students are as excited about science as I am.
