Memoir Having a child finish at ACS through 8th grade has given me even more reason to value the education provided there. I had heard from other parents that ACS provided a strong foundation for high school, but I had not yet experienced that until this year. My child is attending an early college high school as a freshman and is taking college courses along with her high school credits. She has shared with me several times that she feels confident in her work this year because of the preparation she received at ACS. Where her classmates might be struggling to work in groups or write essays or make presentations, she is able to say that she has done those things so often and with such good guidance that they are second nature to her now. Thank you, ACS!
