Fourth graders wowed judges this week with their fourth grade science experiments.
Out of 21 students, 6 were awarded with ribbons.
Each student came up with their own experiment and then meticulously followed the scientific method to find results. On December 9th they presented their findings to a panel of four judges. Judges were so impressed with these student's hard work. In the end they awarded six students with a ribbon. Those kids will now have a chance to compete in the state science fair held at Mississippi State in April.

3rd place - Rust in Peace: How to Prevent Rust
4th place - Dye Dilemma: What Natural Alternatives are Closest Match to Synthetic Dyes
5th place - The Eggcellent Tooth Stain Test
6th place - It's a Bird, No It's a Plane: Paper Plane Design and Distance
