Cory Thompson

I am CoryThompson, and I have privilege of teaching fifth grade at ACS. I taught middle school math in the public schools for over twenty-five years and am very excited for this new challenge in my career. I am married and have four children ranging in age from twenty-eight to seventeen. I stay pretty busy supporting and spending time with my family.

In my classroom I use lots of small group time. I love small groups because I get to work closely with my students, and the students develop skills to work independently as well as how to work with others. I truly love teaching, and I am excited to be a part of such an amazing school!
