Mrs. Clarke, Micro High School Learning Coach

Hello! I’m Ginny Clarke and it is my blessing to be taking on the role of Learning Coach for the new Micro High School here at ACS. I have been an educator in the classroom and in youth ministry for 30 years. I am originally from Arizona, where I graduated from the University of Arizona (“Bear Down-Go Cats”) with a Bachelor’s in Speech and Hearing Science, and later a post-Baccalaureate Degree in Education, with a Middle School Certification in Science. 

After teaching and ministering in Arizona, I married the love of my life, moved to Alabama, and had two amazing sons. As a parishioner of Annunciation, I was the full time middle and high school Youth Minister from 2003-2010. At the inception of our middle school in 2010, I joined the ACS faculty and taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade science and religion until 2020.  From 2021-2024, I had the blessing of homeschooling our sons throughout high school, while again leading youth ministry at the parish. 

Now, it is my joy and honor to accept the call to serve our Lord once again at ACS. Please join my fervent prayer-  that the Holy Spirit guide this new endeavor, and bless us as we work with parents to mentor, teach, lead, and inspire these courageous new high school students to continue to become all that God has called them to be!
